With weddings, it’s often thought that the bigger and more extravagant the better – but truth be told, you can’t beat that personal touch. This was certainly the case for Lizzy and Pete, who married at Southdowns Manor on Sunday 24th April.
Embracing her passion for arts and crafts, the bride not only made her bouquets and buttonholes, but also found time to bake a beautiful wedding cake.
However, you would have never have guessed on the day, as she looked calm and elegant, in her antique style Champagne pink wedding dress, complimenting her English Rose complexion perfectly.
The groomsmen looked equally smart in their tweed suits, including Lizzy’s brother, who walked her down the aisle. Completing the wedding party was Lizzy’s best friend, who flew in especially for the wedding to be a bridesmaid.
As the couple left the ceremony, they were surrounded by bubbles rather than confetti, before heading to the reception for the speeches. Here, the groom thanked everyone for helping making their special day, including the Wedding
Planner; Raychel who ensured the wedding went off without a hitch.
