With its dark mornings and cold weather, it’s easy to see why a lot of us get a case of the January blues at this time of year. However, there was nothing to be blue about on the 4th January for Leanne and Josh.
Wearing a beautiful ivory dress and a fur-trimmed bolero, Leanne married the love of her life, Josh at the Town Hall and Willingdon Golf Club surrounded by their friends and family.
Staying true to Josh’s pilot career, he and his groomsmen wore their RAF uniforms complemented by the flower girl’s sapphire bridesmaid dress.
And while the weather may have been cold, misty watercolours filled the skies for the couple’s mix of traditional and fun outside shots. Joanna Cleeve then focused on taking mingling photos of the wedding party, to capture the relaxed mood of the day.
A moving ceremony was followed by laughter filled speeches, before Josh and Leanne cut their cake and took to the floor for their first dance as husband and wife.
The day was then completed with photos in the romantic nighttime lighting, proving there is much more to January than the blues.
