From the very first moment, when the wonderful orchestra captivates you playing a medley of ABBA tunes, to the last performances you will be smiling.
Shona White (Donna) steals the show with her heartfelt rendition of ‘The Winner Takes It All’ and Lucy May Barker (Sophie) sings like an angel complemented by the ensemble. Helen Anker (Tanya) and Matt Jordon-Pidgeon (Pepper) will have you laughing out loud with their dance routine to ‘Does Your Mama Know’ ably assisted by the ensemble dancers. Nicky Swift (Rosie) and Matthew Rutherford (Bill) also put in a hilarious performance to ‘Take a Chance on Me’.
Special mention should be given to the superb dancers and fabulous costumes. It all finishes with an over the top camp performance from the older main characters dressed in 70s platform boots and ABBA sparkle which gets the whole audience up singing and dancing – an evening of FUN, FUN, FUN.
